SELF = SPIRITUALITY

Self-care is not selfish

Self love is not selfish.

Anything related to self is not selfish, unless you know how to maintain a balance.

Finding time for our own self seems like the biggest task for us today. Initially this used to flow naturally for people.

When we aren’t able to do it, we despise people who do it for themselves.

That’s how the selfish, self-hate slogans are heard against the people who try to prioritise themselves. Instead of appreciating them, we become insecure and criticise them by calling them selfish, self-centred, obsessive and so on. Making time for yourself, doing the things you love, observing yourself, spending time alone, figuring out and analysing yourself are the best things to do.

Because SELF = SPIRITUALITY

But again, when we’re on this path, it’s important to learn how to draw a line and avoid extremes. Excess indulgence with self might lead to addiction and neglect of humanity, ultimately leading to haughtiness and pride.

Be concise of yourself and on the same page stay humble too.

Cheers to everyone working on themselves.

Kudos! Because not everyone thinks about it.
